Time Machine - How to make a time machine:

Basically in order to make a time machine... You need fabric...and negative and a positive connection...and the shape

The best shape for a time machine - a bell ( Yes a bell)

We did some FX for a couple of the other videos too.

Working on stuff that will show March 30th at Teleportal Readings: 3 which is cahoots with McSweeney's. We've been told they have something to do with books/words.

AVATAR is a gorgeous and mesmerizing movie. It shares a gene with Inglourious Basterds, as it re-writes history, only is translated (not subtle) to the future of a distant planet. Avatar to me, tells the story of the Native American (and many other indigenous people) and rights a few wrongs... as the indigenous population repel their genocidal greed-dudes. I'm not sure how the alt-history of 'Basterds' would effect our world today. Not at all certain it would be much different; as much of the damage of WWII was already done-- but the thought of the 'INDIANS' left to their own devices, is a compelling one, that's a world I would like to visit... perhaps there is a SLIDERS episode where that subject is tackled.

Overall the lackluster dialogue of AVATAR didn't phase me, it is magnificent and awe inspiring, Cameron again skipped about 20 years ahead of his contemporaries, and the message of the film is beautiful and sadly reminds us that so-called "humanity" is OPTIONAL
